1. Seven+ hours of sleep
2. 16 ounces of water upon waking (1 minute)
3. BREATHE (15 minutes)
4. Meditation/Prayer (15 minutes)
5. Move and sweat (30 minutes)
6. Yoga/Qigong/Tai Chi (30 minutes)
7. Shower (15 minutes – 2 minutes in the cold water)
