Ringing Cedars Community
We are a private organization with the ever-evolving goal of demonstrating a community model based on living in infinite sustainability. This means living within “one planet's worth of resources”, where anything used is recycled, natural resources are harnessed and harvested for maximum potential, and people are afforded the opportunity to thrive in a community setting, while maintaining their own private homesteads.
Beginning
We are beginning with the first 1,000 acre community near the Dallas/Fort Worth area in Texas. Each individual or family will be granted 2.5 to 5 acres of land (domain) upon which to create their own version of a demonstration of infinite sustainability. To demonstrate and maintain infinite sustainability, there must always be a 1:1 net ratio for all exchange. To effect this ratio in a manner consistent with the speed of today's world, the following applies: In exchange for beautifying the domain and demonstrating the transition to infinite sustainability, each family/individual will:

be granted the opportunity to choose from several sustainable house designs, to be built by our specialized construction company, and
-
be supplied with all the organic seeds, saplings, tools, and other gardening materials required for carrying out their plan to beautify their domain, and
-
be offered a monthly stipend to cover other living expenses for the first 5 years while their domain is being completed and maturing, and
-
when the domain is completed, the opportunity to enter into a perpetual covenant to secure the home and domain to the family who created it, into posterity for their descendants.
Beauty
Beauty is held in the highest regard in nature, and no amount of compensation can replace the energy put into the creation of beauty, thus the community aspect of infinite sustainability. Community is a necessary aspect of living in harmony and congruence with planet earth. With community we are made whole, and the energy used in a community setting for the creation of beauty is only ever amplified. This is how we achieve infinite sustainability with a 1:1 net ratio of exchange.
